Ciani’s Motel is truly a hidden gem. If you’re looking for great value, this is absolutely the place to stay. The rooms are very clean, well-kept, and far nicer than what you’d expect at this price point. What really sets Ciani’s apart is the excellent service. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The owner is incredibly engaging, always taking the time to chat, check in, and make sure guests are comfortable, something you don’t see often anymore. Between the spotless rooms, the great staff, and the top-tier hospitality, Ciani’s Motel delivers an experience that far exceeds expectations. Highly recommend!

We only checked in about an hour ago but I have to share my review already! I called to see if there were any rooms available knowing it was late, but not realizing that they were closing the office in less than five minutes. The woman who picked up was friendly, took my information over the phone, and said she would wait for us (we were only about 15 minutes away but that's still after she was supposed to be done with work). When I arrived, she had all the paperwork ready for me to sign along with our room key. She welcomed me warmly and made smalltalk with me and while I apologized for keeping her late, she didn't make me feel like I had inconvenienced her at all. We easily found our room thanks to the receptionist's clear instructions, and found a spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean room. The bed smells like crisp, fresh laundry and is comfortable -- I'm laying in it right now while writing this review! The shower is one of the cleanest I've seen in a hotel or motel (even compared to some places twice as expensive). I'm so glad we found Cianci's Motel to find a safe place to get some sleep instead of having to drive all the way home to Niagara Falls tonight. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. It was so much appreciated.

We’ve been staying with Mr. Cianci for 8 years when we come to town to visit family. We cannot recommend Cianci’s enough! We usually stay in the large suite, and the extra room works out wonderfully for our young kids. The kitchen and living area provide the comforts of home and help us avoid having to eat out the entire time (although we also greatly recommend Paxton’s for breakfast!). Everything is always clean and pleasant, and the water pressure in the shower is extraordinary! Coming to stay at Cianci’s is almost an extension of home because Mark always asks about our kids and shares stories of his family, as well. We won’t stay anywhere else in northwestern PA!

I stay here often. This place is very clean and the staff are great. Prices are much cheaper than other local options!

Cianci's Motel Is everything that's great about small-town Pennsylvania! Traditional, clean, and comfy-- while still having all the modern amenities one could desire. Mark Cianci, the owner, is a great man and treats his guests like family. He loves Greenville, its history, its people, and the quiet way of life it offers. Whenever I travel back to Pennsylvania to spend time with my family, I always try to reroute my trip through Greenville just so I can stay the night at Cianci's and catch up with Mark and his wonderful wife, Kate. Outstanding place!

We had rented smoking and got non smoking was fixed right away. Room was very quiet. Water pressure could be improved but was a nice stay and the room was very clean. Which I appreciate greatly. Also the mattress and springs are bagged. I did not mean bagged mattress was a concern. I appreciate the bed bug protection

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this motel. It’s been family-owned for generations, and you can feel the warmth and care the moment you arrive. The graciousness of the owner and staff is truly unmatched. We traveled here for a family funeral, and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, ensuring our rooms were placed together and checking in to see if we needed anything. The motel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights is its location—just steps away in the same parking lot is a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and expertly crafted cocktails. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with family after a long day. This isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a heartfelt experience that you simply won’t find with the big chain hotels. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and genuinely caring place to stay, this motel is it.
